In this episode, I talk about the 5 Fitness Facts I learned in The Past 5 Years.
The idea for this episode started when I found an old training journal from 2011. It brought back a lot of old memories and made me realize how far I have come in the past 5 years.
Here are 5 things I have learned since 2011:
1- There is a huge benefit to slowly increasing calories.
2- When it comes to strength, specificity is key.
3- Nutrition is just a math equation.
4- There is a huge gap of knowledge in the fitness industry.
5- The answer to every question/problem is just to train (work) harder.
As always this episode is brought to you by Hunt Fitness.
