Q1: Hey Kyle, I have been lifting weights pretty seriously for the past 5 years and think I want to put a date on the calendar as you would say, and compete. The problem I have is I’m more of a “powerbuilder” so I’m not sure if I want to compete in powerlifting or bodybuilding. What advice do you have for me?
Q2: My question is about pre-workout nutrition. Due to my schedule, I have to train first thing in the morning before I go to work.
