Q 1: A few people wanted to get my take on the McGregor vs Mayweather fight

Q 2: Kurt- I had a car accident and now, after 4 weeks, I am cleared to go to the gym again. How should I organize my training and nutrition? Before the accident, I was in the middle of a cutting phase, and in those weeks of inactivity, I have put on 5-7 lbs. Should I go straight into a cut or is that too much of losing muscle after not training for 4 weeks? 

Q3: Isaac - Hey Kyle, how do you see your career panning out for the rest of your life? Do you still see yourself primarily as a coach for the next 30 years to come? 

Q4: Jimmy - Hey Kyle, my question for the podcast would be about business and what are things you wish you would have been told about starting your own business. What are the biggest challenges in the first months of starting a business?

Q5: James @james_vetor - Hey Kyle my question is how to identify if a potential sponsor is a scam or legit? 

Q6: Chris - 100 day Cut, lost 20 pounds. What recommendations do you have for when someone finishes a program? Would it be to hop right back into another one? Or maybe freestyle it in the gym for a while and just have fun?

In this episode, I talk with cinematographer Zack Kravits. Zack and I met last month in Austin Texas. After digging into some of his work, I was blown away by his video quality. Zack is creating some of the best videos in the YouTube fitness space right now. In the social media era we live in, learning how to create better content is huge and it's just going to get more important! The future "resumé" is going to be directly tied to your social footprint. We talked a lot about how you can make higher quality videos without investing a ton of money into fancy equipment. Everyone starts somewhere. Don't expect the first time you try something to be great at it. At the heart of this episode, we dig into how being honest with yourself combined with following your true passion can lead to something great.

Q 6 – Katie: My question is, do you think everyone should eventually transition to intuitive eating? Or can macro tracking be something that is "okay" to practice forever?

Q 7 – Kevin:  In regards to programming, how often, if ever, do you build full Training blocks with main movement variations acting as the main movement and take it through the full range of hypertrophy, strength and peaking? For example just for fun right now I'm using front squat, wide grip bench and block pulls as my main movements and plan on doing a 12 week program ending in a peak where I can test my maxes on these variations. Then I will go back to another 12 weeks and plug in my main movements and start back at hypertrophy for those. Hope this makes sense. Have a good week and can't wait for the podcast! Kevin

Q 8 – Guy: I understand the concept of refeed, and why we need to program that after a while. But how can someone judge by how much his metabolism adapted to a specific diet/training? The formula you use for BMR and flexible dieting doesn't take that into account does it? Wouldn't that make the transition from cutting to bulking a bit tricky?
