In this episode, I answer questions from listeners. I give my thoughts on powerlifting attempt selection, knowing when to cut weight and how to utilize instinctive training. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Questions on the show:

Q1: I’m sure you have talked about it before, but can you go over your process of attempt selection for a powerlifting meet?

Q2: Hey Kyle, I’m a big fan of the podcast and would love your opinion on a dilemma I am having. I currently weigh between 192-195lbs at roughly 20% body fat. In the past I have competed at 83kg but I feel like I am getting too big for the weight class. Should I cut back down or just go up to 93kg?

Q3: I know you are a big fan of following training programs, but what are your thoughts on people who do instinctive style training?
