Having three kids, you’re still super consistent with it. I know having a health and physique-oriented business plays a big part, but otherwise, would you be as committed as you are now? Just something I’ve been wondering as I’ve gotten older. Like you, my life was all about training through my twenties, but it has waned a bit to an extent as I’ve hit 30. Just trying to light that fire back up!
