Q1: A question I have for you that I’ve been thinking of, that might actually be a good podcast question. How do you maintain your passion and approach to training and nutrition at this point? Having three kids,  you’re still super consistent with it. I know having a health and physique-oriented business plays a big part, but otherwise, would you be as committed as you are now? Just something I’ve been wondering as I’ve gotten older. Like you, my life was all about training through my twenties, but it has waned a bit to an extent as I’ve hit 30. Just trying to light that fire back up!

Q2: Hey man I have a question for you. Do you know of any research on the effects of not drinking enough water while supplementing with creatine? This is never talked about so I am curious. 
 
Q3: What is the best way to measure progress when in a gaining phase?
 
Q4: I know you love upper/lower splits, but I feel my upper body doesn't get enough attention on an upper/lower split. What can I do to work around that? 
 
Q5: If the volume is equated, how beneficial is frequency for building muscle?

Q 1: Hey Kyle, I know you generally promote flexible dieting, but do you think it’s the best diet for fat loss? 

Q 2: I have heard you mention on the podcast that for muscle growth you need between 10-20 sets per muscle group per week to maximize muscle development. My question is, does it ever make sense to do more or less volume than that? 

Q 3: It seems like a lot of fitness influencers are either training to run a marathon or taking up boxing. I'm not saying I want to run that much or get in the ring to fight, but I would like to add some of that style of training into my program. My question is, what would be the best way to do that while not losing my gains? 

Q4: I have been bodybuilding training for a few years, but recently became interested in powerlifting. What is the best way for someone to get started? 

Q5: I have been training for 5 years and my upper body is pretty developed but I feel like my arms are lagging behind. My question is, how do I get my arms to catch up to the rest of my upper body?
